1. How Our Pricing Works

Analytics Alt provides tailored B2B professional services. Because scope, data complexity, integrations, number of business functions, delivery timeline and required level of implementation vary significantly between engagements, we do not apply one fixed public price to every client.

2. Pricing Details Before Payment

Before requesting payment, we provide the applicable commercial terms in writing through a proposal, SOW, order, invoice, payment page or other written confirmation. This will identify the agreed service or scope, the amount due, currency, payment schedule and applicable taxes.

3. What Can Affect Price

Pricing may depend on factors including:

• type of assessment, advisory or implementation work;
• number and complexity of data sources and systems;
• dashboard, KPI, automation, AI or integration requirements;
• number of teams, business units or users involved;
• delivery urgency, project duration and support requirements; and
• third-party licences or services specifically required for the engagement.

4. Currencies and Taxes

Invoices may be issued in INR or an agreed supported foreign currency for international clients. Applicable GST or other taxes will be shown as required. Where a client’s bank, card issuer or payment provider applies its own foreign-exchange, correspondent-bank or card charges, those charges are determined by that provider.

5. One-Time and Recurring Fees

Some engagements are one-time projects and others may be structured as retainers or recurring services. Any recurring billing frequency and cancellation terms will be clearly agreed in writing. We do not intend to create an undisclosed recurring payment obligation through a one-time payment link.
